Southwark family Hub are excited to share updates from the Adolescent Sure Start Team! As you know, we host regular drop-in sessions across Southwark to support families, young people, and parents with a variety of challenges as well as signposting to local activities and services. These include completing community assessments that explore physical and mental health, family and community networks, financial circumstances, and parenting routines.
